Scoutly Privacy Policy

Scoutly: Job Tracker is designed to help users track their job applications by saving job details directly to their own Google Sheets.

Data we access:

Job posting information (such as job title, company, location, date posted, and job URL) on supported job sites including LinkedIn, Workday, Lever, and other job platforms.

Data we store:

Extension settings (such as connected Google Sheet ID) in Chrome storage, so the extension remembers your preferences.

Data we do not collect:

We do not collect your personal information (name, email, resume, etc.), authentication credentials, financial data, or browsing history.

Where your data goes:

All captured job details are written directly into your Google Sheet under your Google account. Scoutly does not store, transmit, or share this data with us or with third parties.

Single purpose:

The sole purpose of Scoutly is to help users organize their job search.

Permissions:

This extension requests access to job sites (LinkedIn, Workday, etc.) only to read job posting information for the purpose of tracking applications. We do not access your personal data on these sites.
